Privacy policy

This website has several forms you can fill in: the contact form, the pattern order form, the order form for crocheted gifts and the pattern tester sign-up form. This privacy policy explains what information I collect through them and what I do with it.

What information I collect

Depending on the form you fill in, I collect at least your name and email address. On the pattern order form, I also ask which pattern and language you'd like. On the pattern tester sign-up form, I ask for your Instagram account, your crochet experience and the language you'd like to test in. On the order form for crocheted gifts, I ask what you'd like to order and about your wishes, such as colours. Your phone number and the date you need it by are optional. Wherever you can leave a message, you share that voluntarily.

What I use your information for

I only use your information to reply to your message, process your order, handle your pattern tester sign-up or handle your order or request for a crocheted gift. I don't use your information for marketing or newsletters, unless you separately give permission for that.

How long I keep your information

I don't keep your information any longer than necessary to handle your message, order or sign-up, and as long as the law requires for administrative purposes.

Sharing with others

I don't sell your information and don't share it with third parties, except where necessary to handle your order, for example to process a payment.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what information I hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Get in touch through the contact form to do so.
